VIPMail provides official customer and security messages with an individual authenticity record. This allows you to independently verify whether a message was actually issued by us.

An official VIPMail message contains a clearly visible button for checking its authenticity.
- 2Check the domain and the complete link
The link always starts with
https://vipmail.app/verify/and is followed by an individual security code. - 3Compare the details
A valid record shows the status, sender, subject, masked recipient, sending time and verification ID. These details must match the message you received.

This information page does not verify an individual email.
A specific message is verified only after you open its complete individual link and the page displays the status Valid together with the matching message details.
SECURITY PROMISE
The verification page never asks for login details.
VIPMail will never request your password, a two-factor code or payment information on this page. If you are asked for any of these details, stop immediately.
If something does not match
If there is no valid record, the domain is different, or the sender, subject or recipient details do not match, treat the message as suspicious. Do not open attachments, do not enter any information and forward the message to postmaster@vipmail.app for review.
The individual security code is random. The record displays only a masked recipient, sets no tracking cookies, is not indexed by search engines and must not be cached.
